So...I just recently realized I am a blog stalker and I may need to go talk to someone ASAP! It started when Cody and I got married and we registered for our wedding. I was a registry stalker, like would run home and tell Cody OMG somebody bought our Pyrex today and I cant wait to use it! Yep, Im officially OLD! And I'm okay with it.....
Today is Veterans Day and Donna Fox's birthday so I figured today was the best day to start all this blogging business. Mom came to visit us and cooked her own dinner on her own bday. I was set on chicken n' dumplings and I just can quite cook them yet like she does. I know, I'm a horrible daughter and mom probably wants to trade me in but she will get over it! Hopefully fast, real fast, because Christmas is coming up! Of course, she showed up with Jake new toys and a winter wardrobe with the cutest BIG BROTHER shirt in the mix. I love when my mom comes, not to mention Jake's whole face lights up when I tell him his Grammy is coming to spend the night. It amazes me how much he loves her and how much patience she has with him. They are best buds for sure. I have her to thank when Jake's teeth are covered with silver caps in his first school picture because of the chocolate milk addiction she has started with him. Thank God he gets two sets of teeth in his lifetime and by the time these fall out he will like drinking water. I wont count on it.
This weekend we are going back to Willis to visit with family and go to the Willis Playoff game Saturday night! I havent been to a football game since I graduated so I am excited. I am not sure if Willis has ever been in the playoffs in the last 50 years..... Im sure I will see so many people that I will enjoy seeing and theres always those....Well, I will let you know!
